We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency with a modern, forward-thinking approach. With a strong reputation and growing presence in the West Bridgford market, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused professional to become part of a successful and supportive team.

The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will:

• Greet and register buyers and vendors


• Match clients to suitable properties and arrange viewings


• Generate valuation opportunities and support new instructions


• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors


• Progress sales through to completion


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants


• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• Minimum of 6 months' recent experience as a Sales Negotiator


• Strong work ethic with the ambition to succeed and progress


• Confident, personable, and customer-focused approach


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle


• Good local knowledge of the Nottingham / West Bridgford area is desirable

• Basic salary circa £22,500 (depending on experience)


• Uncapped OTE with realistic earnings up to £30,000
