Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

• Basic salary circa £25,000


• Realistic OTE of £32,000 (Uncapped)


• Fully office-based


• 5-day working week


• Career progression


• Ongoing training and support

As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will include:

• Progressing property sales through to completion


• Negotiating and successfully closing offers


• Delivering outstanding vendor care throughout the sales process


• Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

• Strong understanding of the property sales process


• Recent estate agency experience is essential


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Motivated and professional approach
