Responsibilities

• Accompany prospective buyers or tenants on property viewings, providing comprehensive tours of the premises.


• Answer questions regarding property features, local amenities, and neighbourhood insights.


• Coordinate with estate agents to schedule viewings and ensure properties are presented in optimal condition.


• Assist in preparing properties for viewings, including ensuring cleanliness and organisation.


• Gather feedback from viewers post-appointment and relay information to the sales or lettings team.


• Maintain an organised schedule of viewings and manage multiple appointments efficiently.


• Uphold professional conduct at all times, representing the agency with integrity and courtesy.

• Proven administrative experience is desirable, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds.


• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base.


• Strong organisational skills to manage scheduling and coordinate multiple viewings seamlessly.


• Professional appearance and friendly demeanour, with a customer-focused approach.
