- Saturday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

- Friday to Sunday: Off
- OTE up to £60,000
Oaks Estate Agents are looking for a motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to join our busy and successful sales team with our market leading office in South Norwood.
In this role, you'll play a key part in helping people buy and sell their homes. You'll arrange and conduct viewings, build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and help keep sales moving smoothly through to completion.
You'll be a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the process, providing professional advice, keeping them informed, and working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for every property.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with new and existing clients to understand their needs, preferences and property requirements.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Matching buyers with suitable properties based on their budget and requirements.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible results.
- Managing sales through to completion and helping to keep transactions progressing.
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout the sales process.
- Handling questions, concerns and any issues in a professional and proactive manner.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers and other stakeholders.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business, including Lettings and Property Management.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
