Sales Negotiator Covering Burton on Trent

Our residential sales department based in Uttoxeter are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Negotiator covering the Burton on Trent and surrounding areas.

Duties Include:

· Liaising with vendors and prospective purchasers

· Updating vendors and purchasers

· Arranging viewings and valuations

· Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads

· Negotiating on offers

· General office tasks

· Progress property sales through to exchange and completion

· Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business

The Sales Negotiator must:

· Have a minimum of 1 year’s estate agency experience as a sales negotiator

· Understand the estate agency process

· Have excellent communicational skills and telephone manner

· Have good negotiation skills

· Must be local to Burton on Trent or have good knowledge of the area

· Be well presented

· Be proactive

Working hours: 8\.45am to 5\.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm alternate Saturdays.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Licence/Certification: Full Driving License (required)

Work Location: In Person

Salary: £22,000 to £30,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Pay: £22,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
