About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Sales \& Marketing Executive to join our growing team working from our head office facility located in Corsham.

This is a varied and hands\-on role that combines digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and sales support activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the connection between sales and marketing, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. This position is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and confident working across both digital and traditional marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Sales \& Marketing Coordination

  • Work as an integral part of the sales office, ensuring strong collaboration between sales and marketing functions.

  • Support the sales team with lead generation activities and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Work with external lead generation partners to manage incoming enquiries and conduct initial customer contact where appropriate.

  • Assist with exhibition and trade show planning, coordination, and promotional activities to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing \& Website Management
  • Manage the creation, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with external SEO and digital agencies to improve website performance, search visibility, and e\-commerce effectiveness.

  • Maintain company websites, ensuring content, product information, and pricing are accurate and regularly updated.

  • Create and schedule monthly e\-commerce newsletters, email campaigns, and blog content.
Social Media \& Content Creation
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital trends to inspire innovative content ideas.

  • Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase reach and engagement.
Design \& Branding
  • Design and produce marketing materials for print and digital use, including brochures, magazine adverts, promotional graphics, and exhibition materials.

  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with company branding and messaging guidelines.
Reporting \& Administration
  • Analyse campaign and sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Maintain competitor databases to monitor pricing trends and market developments.

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets in line with company objectives.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team as required.
Skills \& Experience Required

Essential

  • Previous experience in a sales and/or marketing role.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing website content and digital campaigns.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Desirable
  • Experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

  • Knowledge of SEO, e\-commerce platforms, and email marketing tools.

  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management.

  • Understanding of analytics and campaign performance reporting.
