Cars2 Renault Huddersfield are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead our team to success!

About the Role:

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high\-performing sales team.


• Driving sales performance to achieve and exceed targets.


• Implementing effective sales strategies and processes.


• Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.


• Maximising all profit opportunities for the business.


• Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.


• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.


• Excellent organisational and time\-management skills.


• A positive, enthusiastic, and results\-oriented attitude.


• A full UK driving licence.
