Sales Manager – The Travellers Choice Coaches
We’re looking for a driven, customer\-focused Sales Manager to grow revenue across private hire, corporate travel and contract work. You’ll lead on new business development, manage and work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
· Develop and deliver the sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
· Identify, qualify and win new business (corporate, education, events, tours and private hire).
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
· Prepare quotes, proposals and tenders; negotiate terms and close deals.
· Track pipeline activity, forecast sales and report on performance.
· Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
· Monitor competitors and market trends to spot new opportunities.
What we’re looking for
· Sales experience required.
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
· Full UK driving licence essential.
