Job Description

This role is responsible for driving strategic business development and customer engagement in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid\-level applications, through early technical engagement and key account management.

• Identify and develop high\-potential business opportunities, developing the market and key accounts in line with strategic objectives.


• Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends (e.g. Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and reflect them in account \& growth strategies.


• Manage existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle, ensuring long\-term partnership and customer satisfaction.


• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.


• Work closely with product management, application engineering, and operations teams to ensure competitive and timely solutions.


• Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in power electronics industry, and at least 2 years’ experience focusing on energy infrastructure\-related products.


• Bachelor*'*s degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant field.


• Proven track record of working directly with customers to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and create win\-win scenarios.


• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly present results to management and stakeholders.


• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.


• Business fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.


• Willingness to travel.
