Our Customer Service team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our global commercial organization. The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Operational Representative to join our EMEA team in Hoofddorp.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and delivering a high level of service in a fast\-paced, international environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem\-solving, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities* Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding order status and inquiries

  • Coordinate across departments (e.g., logistics, production, commercial teams) to meet customer requirements

  • Support colleagues and provide backup within the team as needed

  • Identify and resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring a seamless experience

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service function

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process compliance

What We’re Looking For* We are seeking a proactive and customer\-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B customer service or order management

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • Good technical affinity and willingness to learn new systems and products

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

  • Problem\-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value

Preferred:* Additional European language(s)
  • Experience in an international or fast\-paced environment

  • Familiarity with ERP systems or digital tools (including AI\-based tools)
