Sales Manager – Prime London Estate Agency

London | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We have been exclusively instructed by a highly regarded luxury London estate agency to identify an exceptional Sales Manager to lead a small, established team.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage a desk.

Our client is looking for a dynamic, commercially astute and highly motivated individual who can inspire a team, create opportunities and bring fresh thinking to the business. You will take responsibility for a team of three, setting the pace, raising performance and creating an environment where people are motivated to succeed.

The successful individual will be someone who naturally leads from the front. You will be proactive rather than reactive, comfortable challenging the status quo and constantly looking for new ways to generate instructions, strengthen client relationships and increase market share.

The Opportunity

This is a key appointment for the business. You will have the autonomy to make an impact, introduce new ideas and shape the performance of the sales team while representing an established name within the luxury London property market.

Your remit will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of three


• Driving performance and creating a strong, positive sales culture


• Identifying and converting new business opportunities


• Developing strategies to increase instructions and market presence


• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and high-net-worth clients


• Coaching the team and raising standards across the department


• Bringing fresh ideas and a creative approach to business generation


• Ensuring the client experience remains exceptional throughout

• Personality and mindset will be just as important as experience.


• You will be ambitious, polished, entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with the ability to motivate those around you.


• You'll understand that the best opportunities aren't always the ones that land on your desk – you go out and create them.


• You will be a natural relationship builder, an engaging leader and someone who genuinely enjoys developing people while delivering results.


• Previous experience within London estate agency, prime residential property or a closely related luxury sales environment would be highly advantageous.
