We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Geely Croydon.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing automotive brand and play a key role in building a successful sales operation.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving our sales and financial targets.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and motivating the Sales Team


• Driving new and used vehicle sales performance


• Managing daily sales activity and performance


• Supporting the team with customer negotiations and closing deals


• Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly targets


• Working closely with the Business Manager and wider dealership team


• Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance


• Helping develop and grow the Geely brand within the local market

We’re looking for someone who is:

• An experienced Sales Manager within the motor trade


• A confident and motivating leader


• Target\-driven and commercially focused


• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service


• Organised, proactive and able to thrive in a busy environment


• Confident coaching and developing a sales team


• A strong communicator who leads by example
