YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution of sales projects with full revenue and profit responsibility in the UK market
- Development and implementation of tailored sale strategies in close coordination with clients
- Independent negotiation of prices, terms, and contract conditions
- Preparation of customized offers to strategically acquire new customers in the United Kingdom
- Development of a product portfolio optimized to meet customer needs
- Travelling in the UK for in\-person client meetings, contract negotiations, and to further expand business relationships
- Successfully completed commercial/business education and several years of experience in sales
- Strong communication skills: you can explain complex matters clearly and concisely, and impress with your verbal fluency
- Negotiation skills: you know how to argue persuasively and close successful deals
- Results\-oriented mindset: you work with focus and determination to meet or exceed your sales targets
- Organizational talent: you stay on top of multiple tasks and work in a structured way
- Technical affinity: you are confident using CRM systems and other digital tools that support the sales process
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)

- Full\-time employment with a 4½\-day work week and flexible hours – your weekend starts on Friday at 12:00 p.m.
Your salary depends on your qualifications and experience. You will receive a base salary starting at GBP 65,000 gross per year, with a willingness to overpay based on your profile.
Additionally, we offer an attractive, performance\-based commission model that:
- applies from the very first euro of revenue,
- has no upper limit, and
- is contractually guaranteed.
Pay: £65,000\.00\-£200,000\.00 per year
