Sales Manager - Estate Agency

We’re supporting an established luxury London estate agency seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead and develop a small, established team of three.

This is a key appointment for the business, offering genuine autonomy to drive performance, generate new business and shape the sales strategy.

The Role:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of three


• Drive sales performance and raise standards


• Generate new instructions and business opportunities


• Develop strategies to increase market presence and market share


• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and HNW clients


• Coach the team and create a positive, high-performing culture


• Bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to business generation


• Maintain an exceptional client experience

We’re looking for an ambitious, polished, entrepreneurial and commercially driven sales leader who leads from the front and enjoys creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.

You’ll be a natural relationship builder, confident team leader and motivated by delivering results. Previous experience within London estate agency, prime residential property or a luxury sales environment would be highly advantageous.

A rare Monday–Friday opportunity with NO WEEKENDS.
