Sales Store Manager – Talbot Green

Tuesday \- Friday 09:00 \- 18:00

Saturday 9:00 \- 17:00

(5 days a week full time)

Hourly rate in line with NMW \+ SALES PERFORMANCE BONUS

Our Talbot Green store is one of our top\-performing, high\-footfall locations, and we are specifically looking for a results\-driven sales professional with a proven background in hitting and exceeding targets to take full ownership. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a sales environment, knows how to drive revenue, and can lead from the front.

With 23 stores nationwide and ambitious expansion plans, The Vape Escape is one of the UK’s fastest\-growing vaping retailers. This role is for someone confident, proactive, and commercially sharp — someone who thrives on performance, accountability, and leading from the front.

The Role

As Sales Store Manager, you will be fully responsible for the performance and standards of the store.

You will:

  • Lead from the front as a sales\-driven Store Manager

  • Deliver exceptional, face\-to\-face customer service

  • Be a vaping expert, advising customers and helping people quit smoking

  • Drive sales, conversion, and KPI performance

  • Inspire, coach, and develop your sales assistant

  • Take full ownership of stock control, availability, and shrinkage

  • Manage rotas, time \& attendance, and daily operations

  • Maintain outstanding store standards and brand presentation

  • Treat the store like your own business and continuously look for ways to improve performance
About You

You are a highly driven sales leader who:

  • Demonstrated success in a high\-performance, target\-driven sales environment, with a strong track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue goals in a customer\-facing role.

  • Is confident, commercially aware, and results\-focused

  • Enjoys selling and coaching others to sell

  • Is highly organised with strong stock control skills

  • Leads with energy, professionalism, and accountability

  • Thrives in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment

  • Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences
Vaping knowledge is essential.
