Pack \& Send Leeds North is a specialist logistics and shipping company providing expert packing, courier, freight, and international shipping solutions for both business and private customers. We handle everything from valuable artwork and antiques to e\-commerce shipments and international relocations.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and customer\-focused Sales \& Logistics Administrator to join our team.
About the Role
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration, and logistics coordination. You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the shipping process, preparing quotations, booking shipments, and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with customers, have excellent administrative skills, and enjoy working in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and following up customer quotations.
- Processing customer orders and shipment bookings.
- Coordinating collections and deliveries with courier and freight partners.
- Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to customers.
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person.
- Assisting with customs documentation and international shipping paperwork.
- Liaising with carriers to resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer and shipment records.
- Supporting sales activities and identifying opportunities to generate additional business.
- Assisting with invoicing and general office administration.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in administration, logistics, transport, shipping, or customer service is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Logistics, courier, freight, or transport industry experience.
- Sales administration experience.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
- Experience using CRM or shipping management systems.

Working Hours
20 hours per week
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Hours to be agreed with the successful candidate but will be spread across these three working days.
