We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Intern (m/f/d) to join our team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to use your interpersonal skills to support and nurture long-term relationships, identify target approaches, conduct market analysis, and generate leads to effectively achieve business objectives and influence the growth of Flix on a global and local scale.
📍 This is a full-time, 6-month-long internship for our Milan office. 
About the Role
<ul>
<li>You collaborate with the international sales and marketing teams for the acquisition and development of offline partners (e.g., travel agencies, tourist offices, selling points, and other intermediaries)</li>
<li>You support effective communication with reseller partners, assisting their day-to-day business needs</li>
<li>You manage the closing of commercial contracts and the execution of campaigns</li>
<li>You play a key role in producing competitor and market benchmark research</li>
<li>You qualify current and scout potential new partners to enhance the Flix portfolio in the Italian market and some other European markets</li>
<li>You manage CRM to keep data updated </li>
</ul>
About You
<ul>
<li>Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Italian, and fluency in English</li>
<li>A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field</li>
<li>Any related experience in Sales is a plus, but not required</li>
<li>Proactive and hands-on approach</li>
<li>A mindset focused on solutions and a willingness to learn from mistakes to drive continuous improvement</li>
<li>Strong social, communication, and analytical skills</li>
<li>Flexibility and openness to a dynamic work environment</li>
<li>High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive </li>
</ul>
