We’re looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Market Manager (m/f/d) to drive commercial performance and revenue growth across a portfolio of Central European markets. Combining analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, you will actively shape market performance and contribute to key commercial decisions.
This role is based in Milan (hybrid model)

About the Role
<ul>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Regional Commercial Strategy: maintain competitive pricing and positioning insights, supporting planning cycles with market briefings and campaign input</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Commercial Steering: support pricing, revenue management, sales, and marketing levers to achieve targets and support the rollout of e-commerce features</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Performance & Insights: track demand, competition, and KPIs; deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to improve revenue and load factors</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Reporting & Planning: assist with regular performance reporting and contribute to forecasting and budget cycles with actionable insights</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Network Planning, and Product teams to ensure consistent execution</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Analytics & Stakeholder Support: use analytics and tools (Excel, BI, SQL) to inform decisions and influence stakeholders</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Projects & Continuous Improvement: contribute to market business reviews and collaborate on cross-market projects to improve processes, alignment and overall performance </li>
</ul>
About You
<ul>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">2+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, ideally in Transportation, Mobility, Hospitality or related sectors</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a solid understanding of commercial drivers</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a strong plus</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Self-driven, structured, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluent in English with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively </li>
