At Netlight, people are our foundation. As a rapidly expanding tech consulting company, we seek exceptional individuals to challenge, inspire, and drive our growth. Join our Sales & Growth team and play a pivotal role in building our Madrid office.
 
The role
You will have the chance to be one of the most important people at a significant time. Netlight is the company name that you might not have heard of yet, but we are on the path to being one of the most prominent companies not only in Spain but even Europe. This office is our 15th organically grown office, and we are on-site in Madrid with some significant clients in our backpack. You will be one of our first local business developers, responsible for building and establishing Netlight in Madrid. You will be a part of building one of the most successful tech consultancy companies in Europe, with hundreds of tech companies as clients. You won’t simply fill roles; you’ll build the company.
 
Your main responsibility will be around sales, engagement management, and business development. The role involves:

  • Finding and establishing new clients and engagements

  • Manoeuvring existing client engagements

  • Collaborating closely with consultants at Netlight to find a great match between Netlighters and client engagements

  • Developing talent by co-creating a culture of growth, collaboration, and proximity

  •  
To excel in this role, you will likely be a person driven by building relationships, exploring the tech market, helping people unleash their potential, and shaping Netlight.

Minimum requirement

  • Master's degree or equivalent.

  • Young professional (approx. 0-2 years of experience) / Recently graduated (2024/2025/2026)

  • Verbal and written fluency in Spanish and in English
Preferred qualifications
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, sales, business development and IT

  • Relevant experience, for example within entrepreneurship, sales, business development, start-ups, networking, or similar

  • Passion for people, entrepreneurship, project management, sales and the tech community

  • A good communicator, naturally building trust and connection

  • Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate

  • Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
