The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll manage the full patient journey from initial enquiry through to completed treatment.You’ll build trust with patients, explain treatment options clearly, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting the commercial performance of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Conducting consultations and explaining treatment plans, pricing, and finance options
- Converting leads into booked appointments and paid treatments
- Managing the patient journey from start to finish
- Maximising clinician diary utilisation and supporting practice revenue
- Maintaining high standards across patient experience and professionalism
- Following up proactively to maintain a strong pipeline
- Working closely with clinicians and reception teams
- Achieving and exceeding monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience required
- Dental, healthcare, or aesthetics experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confident handling objections and closing sales
- Organised, self motivated, and target driven
- Professional, proactive, and eager to grow
