We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Honda Doncaster, representing one of the most trusted and forward\-thinking automotive brands in the world.

This role offers a basic salary of £27,000, with an uncapped commission structure that gives you genuine opportunity to overperform and earn well beyond the on\-target earnings of £45,000\. Your success is directly rewarded, making this an ideal opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a high\-performance, customer\-focused environment.
The Location:
Based at our Doncaster dealership, you will benefit from a well\-connected location with excellent access to major routes such as the A1(M) and M18, as well as a strong and diverse local customer base. This supports consistent footfall and creates an engaging, busy sales environment with real earning potential.
As a Honda Sales Executive, you will represent a globally respected brand known for quality, efficiency and innovation, delivering an exceptional buying experience. From the first enquiry through to vehicle handover, you will manage the end\-to\-end customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards associated with the Honda brand.
Alongside strong earnings potential, we also offer true work–life balance:
- 40\-hour working week (five 8\-hour shifts)
- Working most Saturdays (our busiest sales day)
- A guaranteed day off during the week
- Closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to switch off and recharge
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer\-facing role (automotive, retail, hospitality or similar)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A driven, target\-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
- 25 days holiday rising to 29 with length of service \- plus bank holidays
