Clinic Assistant
Cura Health and Chiropractic is a new business that is friendly, professional and forward thinking. We have a strong patient\-centered approach to healthcare and we aim to build a culture of trust for all our practice members so that they can genuinely feel cared for and understood.
The clinic is a modern and professional space located in a recently renovated development with beautiful surroundings at the old Doncaster College campus in High Melton. We use a fully integrated practice management system, phone system, Google Workspace and online and App based booking options.
We are looking for an individual who has the same level as motivation and care as we do in driving a new business forward and helping it to grow in to being much more. We need someone who can take full ownership of the role and be willing to adapt and evolve as the business does. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Clinic. They will be the first port of call as people enter the clinic, effectively running the front desk, assisting the practitioner staff and adhering to established processes, routines and assist in developing new ones.
The role:
Act as first point of contact for all patients, both on the telephone and in person
Scheduling and diary management
Providing administrative support to practitioners
Responding to incoming email enquiries in an efficient manner
Producing reports from the practice management system
Ensuring the office area is kept in a presentable manner
Social media management (experience of this would be desirable but not essential)
No prior knowledge of chiropractic is needed as training will be provided
Manage and order supplies as needed
Attend periodic clinic development meeting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and time keeping
Highly organised and ability to multi\-task
Professional approach at all times with an excellent telephone manner
A genuine kindness for others and interest in health and wellbeing
Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and learning
Able to both take direction and give direction when required
Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn a patient management system
