As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car\-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end\-to\-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers through vehicle selection, finance, insurance, and accessory options
- Generating new opportunities through prospecting and follow‑up, using methods that play to your strengths
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
- Motivation and drive to achieve goals
- The ability to communicate clearly and authentically
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
Representing the dealership every day, you will set the standard for integrity. It’s your responsibility to ensure the products and services you offer genuinely meet customer needs, protect them from harm and encourage long\-term loyalty. Building trust should be at the heart of every interaction.
To protect our customers and our reputation, you will be required to complete a DBS check, along with regular fit and proper person assessments. We will also request references from previous employers as part of our pre\-employment checks.
