We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu MG Beaconsfield. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £29,000, with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, meaning top performers can earn up to £60,000\.

In addition to excellent earning potential, we pride ourselves on offering genuine work\-life balance. You’ll work a 40\-hour week (five 8\-hour shifts), be on duty for most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week. Plus, we’re closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day every week to relax and recharge.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car\-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end\-to\-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Requirements

• Currently working as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends


• Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic)
