We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to expand our presence across the UK retail market, with a strong focus on watch distribution sales. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys working in a field\-based environment and has a passion for developing brands across fashion, lifestyle, apparel, and consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories within the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, store managers, and key decision\-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and support commercial negotiations with prospective customers.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new retail accounts and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Promote and develop brands across fashion, lifestyle, apparel, and consumer goods product categories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, business development, or account management.
- Knowledge of the UK retail market; experience in watches, fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer goods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong commercial awareness with a customer\-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions within the UK.
