Sales Executive / Treatment Closer – Part-Time – Deepcar, Sheffield

Deepcar Dental Care, a growing private dental practice in Sheffield, is looking for an experienced salesperson to close high\-value treatment sales on a part\-time basis.

Hours: 1 hour per day, Monday–Friday (flexible on exact time)

Pay: Competitive base \+ uncapped commission on every treatment you close

The opportunity:

Our dentists see a steady stream of patients wanting implants, composite bonding, and orthodontic treatment (clear aligners/braces). After their consultation, patients receive a treatment plan they're happy with — but many don't go ahead, usually because of cost or finance concerns, not the treatment itself. That's where you come in.

You'll call these patients within days of their consultation, handle their questions and objections, present finance options, take payment, and get them booked in. This is a pure sales role — you're closing warm leads who already want the treatment, you just need to get them over the line.

What you'll be doing:

• Following up warm leads daily (patients who've already had a consultation and treatment plan)


• Handling objections — mainly price and finance concerns


• Presenting and setting up finance packages


• Taking deposits/payments


• Closing the sale and booking the patient in

What we need — this is non\-negotiable:

• Proven sales experience — you must be able to demonstrate a track record of closing deals


• A confident, persuasive phone manner and strong objection\-handling skills


• Resilient and target\-driven — you don't give up after one "no"


• Comfortable learning dental terminology and treatment processes (full training given — no dental background required, sales background essential)


• Experience with finance/payment plans is a bonus but not essential
