Role Mission

Turn incoming leads from every Transform Hub into booked, kept consults and paid challenge signups. Your job is to fill the gyms with the right people, fast, so local teams can coach instead of chase leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will own the phone driven sales funnel for all hubs:

  • Speed to lead: Call new challenge leads within minutes of opt\-in and follow our qualification script.

  • Qualify \& book: Run 10 \- 20 minute discovery calls to understand goals, health history, and urgency, then book same\-day or next\-day in\-person consults / taster sessions at the correct hub.

  • Sell the challenge: For hubs using phone close, present the 6 Week Transformation Challenge clearly and confidently, handle objections, and take payment on the call.

  • Nurture no shows \& fence sitters: Use our SMS / WhatsApp / call cadences to rebook no shows and follow up with undecided leads until they buy or die

  • Pipeline management: Live in CRM; keep every lead in the right stage, with next actions and notes. No orphaned leads.

  • Report performance: End of day logging of dials, conversations, bookings, shows, and sales so we can see which hubs need help.

  • Continuous reps: Hit and exceed daily call targets; treat “weak” leads as free practice to sharpen your script and objection handling.
Targets \& KPIs

You’ll be measured on:

  • Average speed to lead from opt in to first contact

  • Dials per day and meaningful conversations per day

  • Consults booked per day and show rate per hub

  • Challenge sales (phone close) and challenge revenue generated

  • Conversion rate: lead → consult → challenge buyer → rolling membership

  • CRM accuracy and adherence to follow\-up cadences
You will have a clear scorecard and weekly coaching so you always know if you’re winning.

Ideal Profile

  • 1 \- 3\+ years phone\-based B2C sales (fitness, coaching, or similar transformation offers preferred).

  • Comfortable having real conversations with 35 \- 65\+ year\-olds about weight, health, and confidence.

  • Strong closer: can confidently ask for the card on the call when appropriate.

  • Process driven: follows scripts and cadences but can adapt based on what the person in front of you needs.

  • High activity tolerance: happy to make a lot of calls every day in a metrics driven environment.

  • Coachable, competitive, and genuinely passionate about health and fitness.
