Food and Beverage Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and cooking activities to ensure quality and consistency.


• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including serving guests, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service.


• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, servers, and baristas to achieve operational excellence.


• Implement and monitor food safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.


• Manage food production processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.


• Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee training programmes for new team members.


• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with hygiene standards.


• Collaborate with suppliers to source high\-quality ingredients at competitive prices.


• Handle guest feedback professionally to resolve any issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.


• Assist in developing menus that reflect current trends while aligning with brand standards.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.


• Extensive culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.


• Supervising experience with a track record of effective team management and leadership.


• Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.


• Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.


• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests alike.


• A recognised qualification in hospitality management or culinary arts is advantageous.
