Sales Executive
WHO WE ARE
TPB Tech UK is the exclusive UK distributor of the world's only certified invisible induction cooking technology — where premium interior design meets cutting\-edge engineering. Our clients range from homeowners investing in high\-end kitchen builds to luxury retailers, property developers, architects and interior designers. We're small, ambitious and growing fast.
THE ROLE
This isn't a typical sales job. Cold calls are minimal — our leads come to us, already curious and engaged. Your job is to take those warm conversations and guide each client through the full journey, from first contact to completed sale. You'll own the pipeline end to end and build lasting relationships with people who are genuinely excited about what they're buying.
You'll work flexibly from home, attending our Richmond showroom or Chiswick showhome for client appointments as needed, plus 2 Saturdays a month at the showroom (with a weekday off in lieu). You'll work directly alongside the Managing Director, who will support and guide you as you find your feet — this is a role where you learn the whole business and help shape where it goes.

WHO YOU ARE
You have 3\-5 years in sales, client management or operations, but your attitude matters more than your CV. This is a premium, niche market — cookie\-cutter approaches don't cut it here. Our clients are making significant investments and they need someone who listens, reads the room and responds to what's actually driving their decision.
You think creatively, bring ideas nobody asked for, and find angles others miss. You're emotionally intelligent — you know when to push and when to hold back. People feel at ease with you quickly, and you enjoy a good conversation as much as closing a deal.
You'll thrive here if you:
— Are comfortable with CRM tools — Go High Level experience is a plus
— Are AI literate or experimenting with AI tools — a real bonus
— Love selling products where the story and quality do the talking
— Are self\-directed, organised and don't need micromanaging
— Want earnings that genuinely reflect your effort
Not the right fit if you:
— Need a script for every conversation
— Treat follow\-up as optional
— Are looking for a large corporate structure around you

£45,000\+
realistic OTE year one
£50,000–£60,000
