Our mission is to provide essential bath to shower adaptations for customers in need, particularly those facing mobility challenges. With every installation, we take great pride in making a meaningful difference in our customers' daily lives.

As a bathroom sales executive, you will visit customers in their homes, create tailored quotes, and cultivate relationships throughout the decision\-making process. Your interpersonal skills and patience will shine as you engage with our elderly clients. We believe in providing seamless support, ensuring every opportunity is followed up on until they reach a decision.

Key responsibilities include:

\- Conducting home visit surveys, at times that suit our customers.

\- Maintaining exceptional lead management organization, ensuring that no opportunity is missed.

\- Demonstrating a proven track record in sales, ideally converting at least 50% of home visits into sales.

\- Managing your own schedule efficiently while covering a 1 hour travel radius from your home.

While experience in the bathroom sector is a plus, we are committed to providing thorough training for the right candidate. You must have your own vehicle, and we require candidates to have no criminal convictions that would prevent them from working in the homes of our vulnerable clients.
