Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Develop and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure favourable terms for both parties
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems
- Manage your own time effectively, prioritising leads and follow\-ups to maximise sales potential
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries promptly and professionally
- Proven experience in sales or a similar commercial environment
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office suite, and other relevant applications
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential; a proactive attitude is essential
Pay: From £27,000\.00 per year
