We are seeking a dedicated Part\-time Care Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support within a care home specialising in senior care. Duties

• Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans tailored to each resident’s needs


• Coordinate daily activities and ensure the smooth operation of care services within the home


• Supervise and support care staff, promoting best practices and maintaining high standards of care


• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive resident support


• Organise staff rotas and monitor attendance to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times


• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members


• Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care and staff supervision using IT systems


• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the team to promote a positive working environment


• Drive organisational initiatives to enhance resident wellbeing and safety

• Previous supervising or leadership experience within a care home or senior care setting is highly desirable


• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals


• Driving licence is essential for travel between different sites or appointments


• Experience in developing and managing care plans tailored to individual needs


• Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and communication purposes


• Knowledge of senior care regulations and best practices in elderly support services


• Organised with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively


• Compassionate approach with a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for older adults
