The Role
We are looking for a driven, results\-oriented Sales Executive to focus on corporate clients and immigration matters. You will lead proactive new business development through cold calling, outbound outreach, and building long\-term client relationships — serving as the key link between prospective clients and our specialist legal teams.
This role is available on a hybrid or fully remote basis. We value results, not desk time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Business Development
- Proactively initiate cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective corporate clients — startups, tech companies, SMEs, and international businesses
- Conduct discovery conversations, identify client needs, and match them with relevant legalservices
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline within the CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and closed deals
- Promote services including UK company formation, business structuring, commercial contracts, shareholders agreements, M\&A, FCA authorisation, sanctions law, and compliance
- Conduct initial client consultations and hand off to the relevant legal team
- Drive business immigration enquiries: Sponsor Licence, Global Talent Visa, Innovator Founder Visa
- Attract private clients requiring: Spouse/Partner Visa, ILR, British citizenship, Asylum, and appeals
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and connect clients with our immigration lawyers
- Develop referral relationships with agencies, accountants, consultants, and introducers
- Participate in networking events and online lead generation campaigns
- 3\+ years of sales experience in legal services, financial services, or B2B
- Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales
- Fluent English — spoken and written (Ukrainian or Russian is an advantage)
- Ability to explain complex legal products in plain, accessible language
- Results\-driven, self\-motivated, and comfortable working to KPIs in a remote setting
- Hands\-on experience with CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup
- Knowledge of the UK legal services market is a plus
