We are now hiring a high\-performance Sales Executive to scale the adoption of our ScanSan AI Property Analysis Assistant and expand our white\-label partnerships across the UK property market.
In this Sales Executive role, you will:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across two core channels:
- Direct sales of PAA subscriptions to retails users, property investors, estate agents and construction companies
- B2B white\-label partnerships with estate agencies and property businesses
Your Impact
You will directly influence the growth trajectory of ScanSan by:
- Driving adoption of PAA among property professionals and investors
- Securing white\-label agreements with estate agencies and B2B partners
- Running product demonstrations and closing subscription agreements
- Managing a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Work on a quarterly revenue target of £25,000
- Contributing to scaling ScanSan to £100k\+ annual revenue milestones
- Refine positioning and messaging
- Provide market feedback
- Help shape the commercial direction of PAA
Compensation Structure
Basic Salary: £30,000
Commission (Quarterly, revenue\-based, uncapped):
Quarter Revenue Generated → Commission %
£25k–£30k → 10%
£30k–£35k → 15%
£35k–£40k → 20%
£40k–£50k → 25%
Over £50k → 25% uncapped
Additional Accelerator: If average monthly revenue exceeds £8k within a quarter, a 10% uplift is applied to total quarterly commission.
Annual Accelerator: Once £100k annual revenue is achieved, revenue beyond this threshold qualifies for 30% commission.
Commission Payment Structure:
- Calculated 2 months after quarter end
- 50% paid immediately
- 50% deferred and paid after 12 months (subject to client retention and employment status)
Requirements and Skills
Must have
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in SaaS, PropTech, or digital platforms
- Strong closing ability
- Experience selling to estate agents, property businesses or SMEs
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Confidence running product demos and handling objections
- Commercially driven and comfortable with performance\-based earnings
- Able to manage your own pipeline
- Structured in your follow\-ups
- Persuasive without being aggressive
- Resilient and results\-oriented
Experience selling:
- CRM platforms to estate agents
- Property portals
- Digital marketing services to agencies
- White\-label software solutions
Experience scaling early\-stage startups is a strong plus.
