Opkill Pest Control is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Worcestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, customer service, or business development who is looking to build a rewarding career within the pest control industry.

The role will involve attending customer appointments, carrying out site surveys, identifying pest\-related issues, and providing tailored solutions and quotations to both residential and commercial clients.

No pest control experience is required — full industry training will be provided for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities

  • Attending residential and commercial survey appointments

  • Identifying pest issues and recommending suitable solutions

  • Preparing and presenting quotations to customers

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales

  • Working closely with operational teams to coordinate works

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and reports

  • Representing the company professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sales experience or strong sales ability

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Confident and professional manner

  • Self\-motivated with a driven attitude

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Experience in field sales, surveying, construction, facilities management, or pest control is beneficial but not essential
