Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Qualifications \& Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the sales industry or related sectors.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

  • Self\-motivated with a results\-driven approach and a positive attitude.

  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the nature of the territory\-based role.
