Sales executive
PadelMagic UK is one of the country's leading padel court suppliers and installers, delivering premium courts, custom
canopies, Magic Base systems, and end\-to\-end project support across the UK and Ireland. With padel the fastest\-growing
racket sport in the world — over 25 million players globally — we are scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional sales talent
to grow with us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
A high\-impact role for a commercially driven Sales Executive to own new business development across our full product
range — from professional court installations and Magic Base foundations to custom canopy systems. You will manage the
full sales cycle working with golf clubs, leisure operators, schools, country estates, and developers across the UK, reporting
directly to the Sales Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Generate and convert new business opportunities across
target sectors
■ Manage full sales cycle from first contact to signed
contract
■ Build and nurture long\-term client relationships ■ Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and presentations ■ Attend site visits, events and networking opportunities
■ Maintain accurate pipeline records via CRM
■ Collaborate with operations on project handover
■ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
■ Proven B2B sales track record ■ Sports, leisure, construction or facilities background
preferred
■ Confident presenter with strong negotiation and closing
skills
■ Self\-starter, comfortable working autonomously
■ Passion for sport — padel knowledge a bonus, not
essential
■ Full UK driving licence required

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
