1\. Job Summary:
The Industrial Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing industrial and commercial clients by providing tailored solutions. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact between the company (Oil Recoveries) and its commercial clients. The Commercial Account Executive works closely with all internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives.
2\. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with a portfolio of existing commercial clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Account Oversight
- Monitor client accounts to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments (planning, accounts, management.) to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Sales \& Business Development
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross\-selling of products or services.
- Prepare proposals/quotations, present new solutions, and negotiate pricing.
- Strategic Advising
- Understand client business needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
- Analyse market trends, client feedback, and data to provide strategic input.
- Risk Management
- Evaluate and manage risk exposure for clients and recommend appropriate coverage or strategies. (declarations forms, samples, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in client dealings.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, communications, and performance metrics.
- Generate and present reports to clients and senior management as needed.
- Collaboration \& Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
