Nuovo Clinic is looking for a highly organised, confident and sales\-driven person to join our front\-of\-house team.

Your main focus will be turning enquiries into bookings, managing and following up every lead, increasing rebookings and helping keep our clinic diaries full.

You will be based on our front desk, so you’ll also support the smooth day\-to\-day running of clinic reception and provide an excellent client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Converting new enquiries into bookings.


• Managing every lead from initial enquiry through to booking.


• Following up all leads consistently – no enquiry should be forgotten.


• Keeping clear notes and next actions so you always know where each lead stands.


• Speaking with clients via telephone, WhatsApp, social media and face\-to\-face.


• Asking the right questions and confidently moving conversations towards a booking.


• Upselling and cross\-selling relevant treatments, services and products.


• Rebooking existing clients and following up those due for treatments.


• Proactively filling gaps and cancellations in practitioner diaries.


• Working towards sales, booking and conversion targets.


• Supporting front\-of\-house, including welcoming clients, managing appointments, taking payments and keeping reception organised.

You must be:

• Sales\-focused and commercially minded.


• Highly organised with excellent follow\-up skills.


• Confident asking for the booking and closing a sale.


• Proactive – you don’t wait for clients to come back to you.


• Comfortable upselling and cross\-selling.


• Confident communicating by phone, message and face\-to\-face.


• Able to manage multiple leads and conversations without letting opportunities slip through the net.


• Motivated by targets, results and earning commission.

Experience within another client\-focused sales environment would be beneficial.

Strong sales ability is more important to us than other experience.

Hours

This is an on\-site position at our Braintree clinic, working 4 days per week:

Monday: 10\.00 am–5\.00 pm

Tuesday: 11\.00 am–7\.00 pm

Wednesday: 10\.00 am–8\.00 pm

Thursday: 11\.00 am–7\.00 pm

Commission \& Bonus

Alongside your salary, commission and bonus earning opportunities are available for strong performance, sales and lead conversion.
