The Role

An ambitious and rapidly expanding international education and research organisation is launching its UK operations and is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its growing London-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing a respected organisation within the UK market. We are looking for a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering measurable results.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the UK. You will work closely with senior leadership to help establish the organisation's presence and reputation within the market.

Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.

  • Provide market feedback and contribute to business growth strategies.

  • Represent the organisation professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

Essential Requirements • Minimum 2 years' proven experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance.

  • Full right to work in the UK.
