Job Title: Telesales Agent – Marketing Packages for Award\-Winning Businesses
Location: Earlsdon Coventry
Salary: basic £23,000 plus weekly bonus OTE £39,000

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting businesses that have recently won an award and offering them bespoke marketing packages designed to help them capitalize on their achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to award\-winning businesses, presenting tailored marketing packages.

  • Build rapport with key decision\-makers and understand their promotional goals.

  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of the marketing packages.

  • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

About You
  • Previous telesales or phone\-based sales experience, ideally B2B.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.

  • Persuasive, resilient, and target\-oriented.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Interest in marketing, branding, or business development is a plus.
