The Laser Club is a fast\-growing Laser \& Skin business focused on delivering exceptional laser treatments and customer experiences. 4 clinics already – Manchester, Cheshire, Leeds and Dublin.Our brand new HQ building is based right next to Manchesters Media City with free parking right outside.
This role will be office based. We're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our Manchester team and play a key role in converting enquiries into booked consultations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a proven sales background who thrives in a target\-driven environment and enjoys building rapport with customers over the phone. The Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads generated through our CRM, understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and booking consultations at our clinic. Your success will directly contribute to the company's growth, with an attractive bonus structure linked to revenue performance.

Flexible working patterns consideredManchester\-based (office/hybrid depending on business needs) Key Responsibilities Contact warm leads generated through our CRM systemBook clients in for consultations or take payments over the phone for packagesChase up people that haven’t gone ahead on consults, offer further discounts if needed. Build rapport and provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualify prospective clients and explain our treatments and servicesConvert enquiries into booked consultations and therefore packages/revenueFollow up with existing leads to maximise conversion ratesMaintain accurate records and notes within the CRM. Work towards individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Take live sales calls as they come into the business What We're Looking ForEssential Previous sales experience (telephone sales or consultative sales essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident handling objections and closing opportunities.
Target\-driven with a results\-focused mindsetStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using CRM systems and digital tools, spreadsheets etc.
Self motivated, out of the box thinking with the core goal – more business revenue DesirableExperience in aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness.
Experience working with inbound or warm leadsCustomer service background alongside sales experience.
Salary \& Benefits Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
Performance bonus linked to company revenue you create. OTE £40,000\+
