The Role:
We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our Delegate Sales team. As a Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll sell attendance at our market\-leading B2B Conferences to business leaders and decision\-makers within an assigned portfolio, which could include AI, Business Transformation, Legal, Technology, Energy, or Commercial.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, handling objections, closing registrations, and maintaining relationships.
- Build and maintain an organised database of current and prospective delegates.
- Research and understand your target industries to identify potential delegates and communicate the value of attending our events.
- Engage directly with senior executives, to understand their business challenges, generate insights, and create networking opportunities.
- Support the marketing and event teams by providing feedback on attendee trends and helping shape future events.
- Attend events to meet delegates, strengthen relationships, and enhance the customer experience.
- Recent graduates with strong business acumen and a genuine interest in B2B sales.
- Ambitious, tenacious, and eager to develop a professional sales career.
- Quick learners able to understand complex business challenges and communicate solutions clearly.
- Strong communicators with the confidence to engage senior executives.
- Team players who are motivated to learn and grow in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Hybrid working in central London (3 days in office / 2 days at home)
- Base Salary plus untapped commission.
