Key Responsibilities:·
- As a Field Sales Representative, you will be vital in expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our fibre broadband services directly to residents in your designated area.
- This role requires a self\-driven approach and a passion for sales, as you will work independently.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and\-exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Skill Development: Participate in advanced training programs to enhance your interviewing, recruitment, and leadership skills.·
- Business Travel: Enjoy flexible travel opportunities across the UK , allowing you to work in a variety of locations.·
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor teams of up to 15 professionals, with additional commission opportunities based on team performance.·
- Staff Development: Deliver targeted training sessions and provide ongoing support to help team members advance their careers.
