Fisher Performance Cars is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

We are an independent performance and specialist vehicle business with a strong reputation for supplying carefully selected, high\-quality cars. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cars and enjoys delivering a professional, personal buying experience without the rigid culture of a large main dealer.

The role

You will manage customers throughout the complete sales journey, from their initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and ongoing aftersales contact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to telephone, email and online enquiries


• Welcoming customers to the showroom and understanding their requirements


• Presenting vehicles confidently and arranging accompanied test drives


• Building strong customer relationships without using high\-pressure sales techniques


• Managing part\-exchange appraisals and negotiating deals


• Presenting appropriate finance and warranty products


• Following up enquiries and maintaining accurate customer records


• Preparing vehicles and documentation for collection


• Delivering professional and memorable vehicle handovers


• Keeping the showroom and vehicle displays well presented


• Developing repeat business and encouraging customer recommendations


• Working closely with our preparation and aftersales teams

About you

We are looking for someone who is personable, organised and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in specialist and performance vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous automotive sales experience


• Strong communication and customer\-service skills


• A professional and approachable manner


• Confidence dealing with customers both in person and remotely


• Excellent organisation and attention to detail


• The ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow\-ups effectively


• A good understanding of vehicle finance and part exchanges


• Confidence using dealership management systems and online advertising platforms


• A full UK driving licence

Knowledge of Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, Porsche and other prestige or performance marques would be beneficial, although it is not essential.
