Content and Social Media Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media \& Internal Comms Executive to work for an established yet expanding group. We are looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and create more value through social content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning a social media calendar and creating posts that increase engagement.
The role has the following responsibilities, and will also require the skills and experience listed below:
Day to day:
1\. Develop and manage the social media calendar and execute content across all social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and LinkedIn.
2\. Execute and react to social media posts and content across the whole group.
3\. Create captivating and informative social content in the furniture, mobility and manufacturing space.
4\. Develop and implement a tone of voice and consistency on LinkedIn.
5\. Interact and engage with our audience, replying to all social media and customer reviews comments/posts as required.
6\. Monitor trends and analytics to refine and optimize your approach.
7\. Develop and maintain the groups internal communications, including weekly and quarterly news content, to engage with the wider group.
8\. Sit on the engagement committee to align with internal communications and execute tone of voice.
9\. Work alongside the wider marketing team to align social content with wider marketing and campaign calendar.
The candidate:
· Strong experience and background in social media marketing.
· Strong planning skills with the mindset to think ahead but react to daily changes
· Experience in creating and maintaining social media accounts.
· Knowledge and understanding in using photoshop and Canva would be advantageous but not essential.
· Able to react quickly and efficiently to briefs and new projects.
· Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
· Adaptable and flexible.
· Passionate and self\-motivated.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £28,000\.00 per year
