About the Role
Sales Executive
Volkswagen Van Centre Newbridge
Salary up to £30,000\. OTE up to £52,500
Job Opportunity
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo cars, along with finance and insurance income, while adhering to internal sales procedures and maintaining accurate paperwork.
- Vehicle Appraisals \& Marketing: Appraise part exchanges accurately, list vehicles on online platforms for visibility, and ensure company vehicles are maintained in pristine condition for demonstrations.
- Customer Relationships \& Needs Analysis: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions through product presentations and test drives.
- Team Collaboration \& Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimise sales strategies, sharing insights and contributing to team success.
- Sales Records \& Reporting: Track customer interactions using CRM tools, maintain accurate sales records, and generate regular reports on sales performance for management review.
