Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding experience by exceeding our customer expectations throughout their journey with us.
- Deliver a speedy response to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles, by managing enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk\-ins with a consultative approach.
- Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
- Develop and maintain your knowledge of the BMW products and models through brand and group training.
- Maintain the high standards of BMW and Dick Lovett Group.

Essential Skills
