Sales Executive
Comtek is a global provider of repairs, spares, and support to the Telecoms, Network service industry, Transport and Highway agencies, defence and Government bodies, and renewable energy. As a company dedicated to Net Zero and the circular economy, we strive to extend the life of technology assets, reducing e\-waste and helping tackle the climate emergency. With offices in the UK, Germany, Greece and the USA, we are expanding our sales teams to further our mission.
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join the team at our Deeside (North Wales) office. The primary objective of this role is to increase the sales of our repair services globally. This position will involve dealing with large corporates and government bodies. You will also be speaking to customers about refurbished products sales and the supply of legacy and current hardware from OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase our repair business globally.
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
\-Negotiate and close high value repair contracts.
\- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
\- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
\- Negotiate and close sales deals.
\- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
\- Collaborate with the sales team in the UK and with other offices to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
\- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience
\- Dynamic, self\-motivated, and well\-organised with excellent communication skills.
\- Ability to commute to or relocate to our Deeside office.
\- Ability to adopt the latest AI technology to run strategic sales and marketing campaigns.
\- Meticulous account administration skills.
Experience of tendering will be an advantage.
\-Excellent customer service skills.
\-A great work ethic and the willingness to communicate out of office hours as required
