Sales Executive (Closer) (£75,000 OTE)
We are an established property consultancy with two and a half years of profitable trading behind us and a marketing engine that generates several hundred inbound enquiries every month from homeowners, developers and construction professionals. We are scaling the sales function to match that demand, and we are looking for an experienced, ambitious closer, someone who wants to grow their skills, their earnings and their remit as the company grows.
You will take warm inbound enquiries, qualify them, book and conduct consultations, and close. This is a high\-volume, fast\-cycle role working entirely with inbound demand. There is no cold outreach and no requirement to build your own pipeline. You will manage the full cycle through to close and payment, keep accurate CRM records, and help shape the sales process and scripting as the function grows.
We are looking for someone who treats speed of response and follow\-up discipline as central to the job rather than an afterthought.
You will need a demonstrable track record in consultative sales, ideally in professional or home services such as property, legal, finance, insurance or renewables. Strong telephone skills and genuine confidence closing over the phone are essential, as is a disciplined approach to CRM and pipeline management. You should be able to describe and evidence your own follow\-up methodology. Sector knowledge is not required and full product training is provided.
The base salary is £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience. Average ticket is £1,300\. Commission is 8% on all closed business, rising to 12% on revenue above target, uncapped, with no threshold adjustments mid\-year. Realistic year\-one on\-target earnings are £75,000 and above.
Once you are consistently hitting target we will bring in appointment setters and junior representatives whose job is to feed you qualified consultations, so you spend your time closing rather than chasing. Your earnings should rise as the team grows.
